Return & Refund Policy – HomeBucket

At HomeBucket, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy applies to orders shipped within India only.



1. Return Eligibility


You may request a return if:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received


Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.



2. Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or altered products

• Items without original packaging

• Clearance sale or non-returnable items (if mentioned on product page)



3. Return Process (India Only)


To request a return:

1. Email us at [email protected] or call 7510517236 within 7 days of delivery.

2. Provide your order number and clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).

3. Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or provide return instructions.


Do not return any product without prior approval.



4. Refund Policy

• After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.

• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer within India.



5. Shipping Charges

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

• For other approved returns, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.



6. Exchanges


Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return eligible products and place a new order separately.
